• Installation schedules provided at sign-up are estimations and may adapt based on layout realities.
• The infrastructure setup remains under our maintenance jurisdiction up to the main demarcation hub point.

3. User Accountability & Prohibited Actions

Subscribers assume absolute liability for all actions occurring over their designated terminal line setup. You explicitly agree not to use our telecom allocation structure for:

• Distributing unauthorized software copy systems or handling illicit material transfers.
• Hosting or running commercial re-distribution paths without specialized corporate business licenses.
• Engaging in unauthorized structural breach attempts against exterior cloud networks or servers.
• Disrupting service availability for adjacent network participants.

4. Payment Terms, Cycles, and Balances

Service cycles execute dynamically based on the subscription tier picked during contract onboarding. Payment processing rules include:

• All prepaid or post-billed line elements require full processing by the specified due deadline.
• Failure to update processing channels within the grace timeframe will trigger automatic system lines pause rules.
• Taxes, regulatory tariffs, and local service levies apply according to current legal governance mandates.

5. Infrastructure Protection

Any physical modems, fiber routers, external connection nodes, or converter blocks leased or deployed inside your premises by our teams remain our official property. Users must safeguard these assets against physical structural drops, damp environments, or internal tampering events.

6. Network Security Framework

While our data routing pipelines run state-of-the-art secure encryptions, the web is an open ecosystem. Users are responsible for deploying local firewall filters, security configurations on personal Wi-Fi access configurations, and credential cycles for terminal accounts.

7. Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately isolate or completely deactivate subscriber ports without prior structural alerts under these criteria:

• Identification of structural fraud profiles or payment default status.
• Official directives from statutory law enforcement or telecom regulatory bodies.
• Prolonged periods of unmanaged account dormancy profiles.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Speed Global Telecom Network or its franchise operations be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including data loss or business interruptions, stemming from service downtimes or external network connection lapses.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the exclusive prerogative to adapt, reshape, or rewrite segments of these structural terms at any given timeline stage. Revised versions become active the moment they go live on our digital domain. Continuous reliance on active connections indicates agreement with updated versions.
